We fully inspect products before shipping them out. Damaged items are accepted within 48 hours of delivery. We will request photographs. If an item is damaged, we will send the SAME item you ordered if available or store credit. We will not send a different item.
Once an order is placed, we can't cancel, modify, or change due to speed of shipping. If you order the wrong size once order is shipped it is your merchandise, please review orders carefully before they are placed.
No Refunds or Returns currently.
ALL SALE items are final no exchange or returns (if you use a discount code or get % off it is considered sale).
We don't provide shipping labels you are responsible for your return label for exchanges/returns.
If exchange is approved, it will be made if item is in stock. Store credit will be issue if item is sold-out.
Any bodysuit, set that includes a bodysuit, swimwear or beachwear is final no exceptions.
If you return an item, it must have original tags/clear bag or we will refuse the item no exceptions.
We don’t adjust prices even if you forgot to add a discount code, use it on your next purchase if it’s still valid.
